At Wavelength Therapy, I offer a range of services to support your emotional well-being and personal growth. Whether you're seeking one-on-one therapy, couples counseling, or exploring group workshops, I’m here to guide you with care and understanding. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, combining traditional therapeutic methods with mindfulness practices to help you heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence

I offer online therapy through Zoom, Skype and Google Meet, and I welcome clients from the UK and abroad. I’ll also be opening up face-to-face sessions soon.

Inclusive & Cultural Workshops

Duration: Each session is 50 mins long and conducted via online platforms i.e., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype. Pricing: Each session is 80 pounds, and concessionary rates are available. What to expect: The first few sessions are a bit more structured so we can get a sense of your story and what you’d like from therapy. After that, the flow becomes more client-led and shaped by what feels most important to you. While talking is our main focus, I also enjoy working creatively with things like visuals, music or movement, especially when words don’t quite capture what you’re feeling, always only if it feels right for you. Between sessions, you may receive gentle invitations or prompts to support reflection and further thinking, based entirely on your needs and the natural pace of our work together.

How I conduct my sessions

Initial Consultation

Our first meeting is a space to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to therapy, as well as get a feel for how it might be to work together. We will take time to understand what you are hoping for from therapy and what feels most important to you right now. There is no obligation to continue after this session. It is simply an opportunity to see whether it feels like the right fit for you. If it does, we can then decide on the next steps that feel right going forward.

Ongoing Sessions

After the initial consultation, sessions are usually held weekly or biweekly depending on your needs. We can explore what feels manageable and supportive for you, and agree on a rhythm that fits your life. I also offer flexibility for international time zones, which we can discuss together during our first meeting.

Cancellations

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.

Languages

Sessions are offered in English or Tamil. If another language would be your preference, we can look into working with an interpreter who feels right for you.
